Welcome to the General Services Administration's Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program's (CHAMP's) 1995 Annual Report. This is the first publishing of this report in a design specifically intended for an electronic format, both on the World Wide Web, and on the Interagency Transportation Management System (ITMS) CD-Rom. We hope that you will find this new format both user-friendly and informative.

As with previous reports, there is no activity recorded for Calendar Year 1993. GSA's CHAMP Annual Report is based on cost comparison and savings analyses received from the Moving Industry Transportation Statistics (formerly published as the Continuing Traffic Study) provided by the American Mover's Conference (AMC). In 1993, this information was not available.
