Answer: Please make sure that all the field in your spread sheet are complete. Use n/a or zero's to complete blank fields. If you have blank fields your file will not upload.

Question: Have there not been any new questions asked or posted in FAQ in the last year? I only see those posted prior to 2007
Answer: There has been new questions submitted to the eOffer FAQ
mailbox for the year 2007. A system mailbox review will be made to address the display of FAQ questions and responses.

Question: Is Schedule 70 still the only solicitation that may be submitted via eOffer? GSA earlier stated that three others were to be converted to eOffer soon. What are they and how soon may they be submitted via eOffer?
Answer: eOffer is available for the following schedules:
- Information Technology Solutions, Schedule 70
- Advertising and Integrated Marketing Solutions (AIMS), Schedule 541
- Financial and Business Solutions (FABS,) Schedule 520
- Professional Engineering Services (PES), Schedule 871
The MOBIS schedule will be available in May:
- Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS,) Schedule 874

Question: Is the MOBIS schedule still expected to be available via eOffer in May-05? If so, specifically, what date?
Answer: Yes. It was released on 5/16/05.

Question: Is there a way to drop a Duns number from your drop down list when you logon. If you are working on more than one offer and decide to delete an offer the number still appears in the drop down list.
Answer: No. Any DUNs number that you have used will remain in the list.

Question: When will electronic submissions be available for schedules other than 70? For example schedule 73?
Answer: We are working on the implementation of the other schedules. There will be 3 more solicitation going up in November. The schedule for the other solicitations has not been determined.
