Question: I am getting this Error: There is no authorized negotiators available for the selected Contract number. Please contact the POC of your company. I am the POC but not sure how to add a negotiator on your website as it does not give me an option for it.
Answer: To add a negotiator to your contract, contact your contract specialist (CS) or contracting officer (CO) to add you to the contract 'Negotiator' tab. This is a new tab and a new process and can be accomplished by the CS/CO completing a formal modification. It is important that your name and email address is loaded exactly the way your digital certificate was issued. This means letter case, punctuation, and middle initial of your “issued to” name and email. Please provide this information to the CS/CO to ensure the correct information is displayed on the contract. Once the correct information is in place and the formal modification is processed, you will be able to create and submit your eMods.
